The Four Steps
Pre-Test Brief
A short conversation about what we'll test and what you'll do with the results. Fasting requirements and any prep noted in advance.
Sample Collection
Blood draw, hair follicle, or urine collection by a registered nurse in our diagnostic suite. Most samples take under 10 minutes.
Lab Processing
Samples sent to our partner lab. Turnaround typically 7–14 days, depending on the panel.
Results Review
A 30-minute call or in-person session with our doctor or longevity team — interpreted results, flagged markers, and a clear next step.
After your session
Resume normally.
Most lab tests have no aftercare — you can return to your usual routine immediately.
Watch for the bruise.
If you had a blood draw, a small bruise at the puncture site is normal. Cold compress if needed.
Eat a real meal.
If you fasted, your first meal should be balanced — protein, fats, and slow carbs.
Wait for results.
Most panels return in 7–14 days. We'll book your review session as soon as they're in.
