A focused 15-minute consult — skin condition, treatment history, and the result you're after. Same-day or pre-booked.
Skin Prep
Cleanse, double-cleanse, and any pre-treatment serums or topical anaesthetic. The aesthetician maps the treatment zones.
Treatment
The procedure itself, performed in our Aesthetics Bay by a licensed practitioner. Most guests find the sensation tolerable; we pause if you need to.
Cool-Down & Aftercare Brief
Calming mask or post-treatment serum, sunscreen reapplication, and a written 48-hour care plan.
After your session
SPF, always.
Broad-spectrum SPF 50 every two hours of sun exposure for the next 7 days. Non-negotiable.
Skip the heat.
No sauna, hot yoga, intense workouts, or hot showers for 48 hours. Heat triggers redness and swelling.
Gentle skincare.
Cleanser and moisturiser only for 48 hours. Hold off on retinols, acids, and exfoliants for 5 days.
Hands off.
Don't pick, scratch, or aggressively rub the treatment area. Let the skin do its work.
