The Four Steps
Intake
A brief intake with the attending nurse or therapist — history, goals, and any contraindications for today's treatment.
Prep
Change and settle into the private treatment room. Equipment is calibrated to your session.
Treatment
The session itself, monitored throughout. Duration varies by service — your nurse or therapist will brief you on what to expect.
Aftercare
Short recovery, hydration, and any post-session guidance specific to the treatment.
After your session
Hydrate.
Water is the universal aftercare. A glass on arrival home, another with your next meal.
Listen to your body.
Rest if you're tired, move if you feel good. Don't override either signal.
Avoid heavy training today.
Whatever the session, give the body 24 hours before high-intensity work.
Note how you feel.
Many guests notice the effect over the next 1–3 days. Tell us at your next visit.
