Infrared light penetrates the body more deeply than the air-heat of a traditional sauna, producing therapeutic effects at lower temperatures (45–60°C). Our 45-minute session in a private suite supports recovery, detoxification, and cardiovascular adaptation.

Treatment

The session itself, monitored throughout. Duration varies by service — your nurse or therapist will brief you on what to expect.

Aftercare

Short recovery, hydration, and any post-session guidance specific to the treatment.

After your session

Hydrate.

Water is the universal aftercare. A glass on arrival home, another with your next meal.

Listen to your body.

Rest if you're tired, move if you feel good. Don't override either signal.

Avoid heavy training today.
